Too many agencies treat lead generation and cold outreach as a one-off tactic. A few emails here. A bit of LinkedIn there. No structure, no conviction, and no accountability. And if they’re good at one channel, they’re usually terrible at the rest.
We saw that problem everywhere — and we were tired of it.

Why We Started Stream-Lead

Both founders come from corporate sales backgrounds, where performance was everything… until it wasn’t. We experienced firsthand how inconsistent leadership, short-term thinking, and commission-driven chaos could derail great salespeople and great results.
Ironically, our story came full circle. Ryan was Jacob’s manager over seven years ago at the very start of Jacob’s sales career. Years later, after scaling teams, closing deals, and seeing the same broken systems repeat themselves, we decided to build something better — together.

Stream-Lead was born from frustration with sloppy outreach, poor lead quality, and agencies that overpromise and underdeliver. We built the company to prove that multi-channel outreach only works when it’s treated as a repeatable, disciplined system — not a guessing game.
